Overview

Our model ensures scalability and sustainability by creating real value - not only for shareholders, but for communities we serve. Most of our centres are fully owned by RuralShores; in some locations local partners invest in infrastructure while RuralShores manages the business. The ownership model does not affect the quality or consistency of service delivery.

The selection of a location is critical to our objectives. We evaluate:

Small town or large village (15,000–40,000 population)
Good road accessibility from surrounding areas
Reliable power supply
Two or more broadband providers
Adequate resources and resilience to natural calamities
