Process Managers: Location: Rural Centers

Graduates with 5+ years of industry experience, who will be meeting all productivity and service level agreement targets; driving the business reviews within the centre and with the client; undertaking continuous process improvement activities/ processes; team management; training and development of process associates at the center;

Quality Leads: Location: Rural Centers

Graduates with 6+ years of experience; who will coordinate the activities required to meet quality standards. Quality managers also monitor and advise on the performance of the quality management system and produces data and report on performance, measuring against set indicators. Where appropriate, the quality manager advises on changes and their implementation and provides training, tools and techniques to enable others to achieve quality.

Senior Process Managers: Location: Hub Centres

Graduates with 10+ years of industry experience and who will be providing service delivery oversight for multiple centres; meeting all productivity and service level agreement targets; driving the business reviews within the company and with the client; undertaking continuous process improvement activities/ processes, team management; Cost reduction, Budget management & Comply with all regulatory norms.

Regional Account Managers: Location: Regional Offices

Graduates with 15+ years of experience and who will be managing the client relationships, providing single point of accountability to RuralShores clients within the region. Provides delivery oversight for all centers within the region. Supported by the senior process managers at each hub, he/she is responsible for meeting all productivity and service level agreement targets, driving the business reviews within the region, undertake continuous process improvement activities/ processes, team management, formulate Cost reduction & Budget management, Comply with all regulatory norms.
