Prior to joining RuralShores, Neeraj was associated with NIIT Ltd as Senior Vice President & has also worked with KLG Systel Ltd, Qubie Computers, Indian Sugar and Gen Engg Corp, Hindustan Petroleum etc. He has over 27 years of work experience in different industries in varied roles. He has speciliazed in Business Strategy, Program Management, Operations, Managing Business, Profitability Management & Team Management in IT/ Manufacturing Industries. In 2006, he set up the NIIT Foundation where he implemented models for providing quality education to under-served youth in rural India as well as urban slums. Neeraj actively participates with an NGO that skills deaf youth for employment with Corporates.
Ramesh has 28 years of global industry experience. He started his career with Unilever and worked with them in India and in the UK for over 20 years . During his association with Unilever, he set up Indigo, the shared services subsidiary for Unilever and led its development globally. When Unilever sold the business, he oversaw the transition of Indigo to Capgemini. In Capgemini, he led the BPO business for Asia and was a member of the global BPO Board. During this period he lived and worked in China and led a 4000 member team across India, China and Australia. Ramesh has global experience in the consumer goods and outsourcing industries in over 20 countries across Europe, Asia, Africa and North America. Ramesh is a Management post graduate from the Indian Institute of Management, Ahmedabad.
Murali is Co-Founder, Director and Chief Mentor of RuralShores. He was formerly Managing Director of Xansa India, responsible for IT and BPO operations.Prior to Xansa, Murali was associated with EDS Asia Pacific, as Regional Director. He has been a strategy advisor to a number of IT and ITES companies in India and overseas. He held several senior executive positions at large IT and BPO organizations in USA and Singapore. He is also founding director of Compassites Software, a technology ideation company, headquartered in Bangalore. He is Vice Chairman, NASE(National Association of Social Enterprises), India.

She was actively involved in the acquisition of Credila Financial Services Pvt. Ltd. (Credila), now the student loan subsidiary of HDFC. She is a nominee director on the board of Sewa Grih Rin Pvt. Ltd. (an affordable housing finance company), an invitee to the boards of Credila, HDFC Holdings Ltd. & HDFC Investments Ltd. (subsidiaries of HDFC).
